Return Policy: Return Policy and Warranty Warranty All our products come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing errors and technical defects that were not caused by improper use, physical damage or unauthorized servicing. In case of failure: The customer is obliged to contact us by e-mail or telephone with a description of the problem and the order number. After approval, the product is sent to an authorized service center or directly to us. The cost of transportation is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the defect occurs within the first 30 days of purchase. Right to cancel and return goods The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
